| The Country Cabinet Line is available in both flat and raised panel doors. They have 2" stiles and rails with a 3/4" thick frame and a 3/16" thick recessed panel insert in the flat panel Settler door or 5/8" thick solid raised panel insert in the raised panel Conestoga door. Both are made of hardwood plywood. |

Cabinet sides are constructed with 3/8" industrial grade engineered wood. The interior is covered with a light birch printed thermoset melamine. The exterior is covered with vertical grained thermoset melamine with the color being compatible to the cabinet front.
Cabinet sides are dadoed to receive tops, bottoms and backs. |

| Cabinet backs are made of 3/8" industrial grade engineered wood covered in the interior with a light birch printed thermoset melamine. The back fits into the cabinet side dadoes. All joints are secured with pin nails and adhesive. The hanging rails, top and bottom are concealed behind the cabinet back and sides. |

| Cabinet toe kicks are 3" deep x 4 1/2" tall. The toe kick substrate is made of 3/4" engineered wood. Toe board is recommended to complete installation and is 3/16" color matched thermoset melamine material or wood. |

| The drawer slides are side/bottom combination mount epoxy coated with a captive roller feature. They are rated for 100-pound loads. |

| All Rosebud cabinet frames are 3/4" x 1 1/2" kiln dried solid wood construction. The frame stiles and rails are pocket drilled utilizing a screw dowel system and secured with self-boring steel screws and adhesive. Cabinet frames are dadoed to receive cabinet sides, top and bottom. The frame stiles are dadoed leaving a 1/4" scribe reveal. |

| Cabinet tops and bottoms are 3/8" industrial grade engineered wood. Wall cabinets are covered with a light birch printed thermoset melamine on both sides of the top and bottom. Base cabinets are covered with a light birch printed thermoset melamine on the cabinet floor surface and have two full depth 3" wide lateral supports ont he top. The cabinet top and bottom is dadoed into the cabinet back and sides. |

| Cabinet shelves are constructed of 5/8" industrial strength engineered wood with light birch printed thermoset melamine applied to both sides and PVC edge banding applied to one long edge. |

| Rosebud's drawers and roll trays are four-sided construction made of 1/2" industrial grade engineered wood covered with a light birch printed thermoset melamine. Bottoms are 1/8" hardboard laminate compatible with drawer sides and are fully captive within drawer sides and ends. All drawers are vanity depth (21" deep). |

| Rosebud utilizes a four-step finish process in which the desired stain color is applied and wiped to bring out the natural beauty and texture of the wood specie. A power assisted conveyor drying system is used to assure proper curing and drying. A sanding sealer is then applied and hand buffed. The finish coat is topcoat-catalyzed lacquer creating an extremely durable surface. |
