| Rosebud uses a seven step finish process. The desired color stain is first hand wiped to bring out the beauty and texture of the wood specie, a sanding sealer is then applied. After the sealer, all wood parts are hand buffed and prepared for the final step. The last step is the finish coat consisting of a top coat catalyzed lacquer. The top coat is put on at three to four wetmills in thickness. This give the wooden components a durable surface for lasting beauty and long-term resistance to household chemicals and wear. |
