Cabinet Warranty

All products shown in our catalog are covered by a five (5) year LIMITED WARRANTY against defective material or workmanship. The five (5) year warranty card is to be submitted with each order. A one (1) year warranty will apply if the five (5) year warranty card is not received within thirty (30) days of shipment of the order. Any such product found to be defective as a result of faulty manufacturing will be replaced in whole, or parts thereof, but no labor costs or other consequences shall be allowed. This WARRANTY is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. ROSEBUD shall not be LIABLE for any delay or failure in delivery or shipment of products, or for any suffered by reason of such delay or failure when such delay or failure is directly due to fire, riots, accidents, embargoes, labor stoppages, inadequate transportation facilities, shortages of materials or supplies regulated by government authority, or inability to obtain suitable or sufficient labor or raw materials. All shipments are F.O.B. Madison, South Dakota. The responsibility of the manufacturer cease upon delivery of goods in good condition to transportation companies and all goods are shipped at consignees risk. Merchandise is not to be returned to ROSEBUD without proper written authorization from the Customer Service Department.

Hotel/Motel Warranty

All Rosebud products are covered by a one year limited warranty against defective material or workmanship. Any Rosebud product determined by the manufacturer to be defective will be replaced in whole or part as determined by the manufacturer, but no labor costs or other claims for damages will be allowed. Products shall not be returned to Rosebud without prior written authorization from the Customer Service Department.
